Trying to make Toon Shader Material on UE4

Sorry for double post, but just as I fix one problem another appears… I tried changing the light direction and saw that the bands broke again:

Looks fine from the back:

But from this angle it isn’t:

This is how it looks without the bands:

I tried swapping out the WorldNormal with a Lightning Model which seemed to fix the Issue, but made the shadows very weird:

Edit: The weird shadows does not happen in Lighting Only.

Please help!
