Tint Logic makes NO sense

I’m creating a demo map from a guided course on how to use Unreal Engine and I have some problems with the tint logic in my game. One tint works but the other doesn’t; they both have the exact same code and I don’t know what the problem is. Can someone help me out? I’m happy to send screenshots or any other media if need be.

What do you mean by Tint? Tint as in colour?
