Third person camera collision - Spring Arm does not work!

I have now figured out the problem! The SpringArm was working “open-air” but wasn’t working in the city. So I assumed that the SpringArm probe persistently collides with the city, which is entirely blocking the Camera channel, changed the channel into Visibility and everything became to work! Thanks @Quetzalcodename and @Almost_Absent for pointing to the right direction!
