Hello there @nicholassinger! That’s quite a pecular issue, I have seen reports of users having problems with 5.7 in Mac, but not about being unable to install it whatsoever. It could be stale data in your cache interfiering. In order to clear that up, go to ~/Library/Application Support/Epic/UnrealEngine and delete the folders for 5.7, that should be already generated. For Windows: first, install the unreal editor, then select the engine version to install. Make sure you have enough disk space to proceed. Check if your firewall settings or anti-virus is blocking your installation.
