Scan data imports fine but hitting align doesn’t create any tie points at all. Works fine in current Promo Version

Please make sure that “merge components only” in the alignment settings is turned off. That option is a frequent cause of “alignment doesn’t work” or “alignment does not create any tie points” situations.
