It is not aligned as the images in map view are red and not green. You will see them as green when the project will be aligned.
Can you check the coordinates of the point 1 if they will be correct?
Do you have also some GCPs in this project?
Are the settings for input and output coordinate system as you want them? There exist more RGF93 coordinate systems.
