Hi Boilatas,
your images are just imported. To get the project georeferenced, you need to align that first.
If you want to set the RGF93 CS, go to Workflow tab/Application/Settings
Select Coordinate systems and set there your wanted system (for project and output).
On the attached image there is only point 1, not point 0 which is showed in the table.
How are you creating those point? DO you place it over map view or on the images? Are you doing this before alignment?
How do you want to use those points? As ground control points, control points or check points?
