There is no need for tutorial or any kind of such specific documentation, for doing it is as simple as not rendering splinemeshes into pass, but rendering them in RVT pass.

Use runtime virtual textures to get the job done. There’s even a content example now if I recall correctly.
this not a solution, we are near to unreal engine 5 and we don’t have a fast and easy solution to make some paths, wtf guys…
