A few more notes of things that caught me with EQs:
- At least on Windows/Xbox the low EQ and the high EQ are no shelf EQs. The engine internally forces them to a bandwidth of 1.0
- To have EQs applied to sounds you need to activate “Apply Effects” in the soundclasses you want the EQ to be applied. “Apply Effects” however does only change the behavior of EQs being applied, not other effects.
- If you use “Push Sound Mix Modifier” to apply you new EQ, make sure the “EQPriority” is higher than your default mix, e.g. 1.0
