Well, if there is no other way… I’ve checked your files, and what really makes me think is the log cef3.log, I think it’s an error caused by the launcher.
The last thing I can think of is logging out of the launcher and clicking on sign in later… You should probably contact Epic Games (support@epicgames.desk-mail.com) and send them your files.
