[SOLVED] RC can't find my NVIDIA 780Ti card?

I just bought and started working with RC and when I’m about to calculate the model on high quality it says “Your computer does not have a NVIDIA graphics card…”

I’m on Windows 8.1, Nvidia GeForce GTX 780 Ti 2GB, CUDA 9.2.81, NVIDIA Driver version 397.64.

Under RECONSTRUCTION > SETTINGS > GPUs TO USE - I get “No Sufficient CUDA capable drivers found… Try to update your GPU driver”

I also updated the CUDA GPU settings to my graphic card with the NVIDIA control panel but I still have this problem.

Updated my drivers, JAVA, and windows updates, restarted the computer, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers but without luck.

How should I proceed?

Hm, did you buy an extra cheap Nvida Graphicscard from ebay perhaps? Its possible you have a non original card with a modified firmware. What doses https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/ (freeware) say about your card an firmware?

Hi, thanks for the comment!

I came in contact with NVIDIA support and they couldn’t really help me at the end BUT after several tries with CUDA toolkit and hundreds of different drivers I got it working. Not sure what was the problem tho…
