Skeleton Transform for Animation

Hi

i have a problem and cant find a solution for it.

Have many animations from a actor with skeleton from the marketplace and need it to retarget it with my own skeleton and mesh.

Now the problem is, the position (Transform) of the IK Bones are not equal to the other skeleton from the marketplace.

At the Animations, the IK bones dont works and are wrong to use. (they are to faaaaaaar way)

So i need to transform the skeletons to the same position as the skeleton from the marketplace to keep the IK bones in a correct way.

How can i modify the Skeleton Bones without the arrows?
The arrows are to bad to get in deep details!

Example ik_foot_l (My Bones = SK_Female)
at Display Info -> Detailed

Local: 158.287506, -80.390701, 54.199112

&stc=1&d=1478522330

But i need this:
Example ik_foot_l (Bones from Marketplace = Katiusza…)

Local: 17.076271, -8.072127, 13.465731

&stc=1&d=1478522248

How can i edit my bones to give them the same position like the bones from marketplace?

EDIT:

How can i attach or permanent snap an IK bones (like “ik_foot_l”) to “foot_l”, so it keeps the setting to all animations i retarget it?
