It looks like few options of soft might be used for your task. It can be 3ds max, Blender or Maya either, as minimum … Guess, I might recommend some, but IDK what is your background and what is your goal: to explain or visualise some certain process? or make some similar explainer animations? or to get 3d models for some specific purpose? or to master some certain skills?
