Side Orthophoto

I succesfully exported ‘Top Orthophoto’ . But i want to export also ‘Side Orthophoto’. When i tried to export Side Orthophoto, it exports. Then i look exported file, it seems orthophoto thumbnail’s fine but when i opened file it looks weird. It shows thin tall orthophoto like a compressioned. 

How do i export side orthophoto?

in which software do you open your ortho photo? Is it georeferenced? What settings did you use for export?
