I’m not sure if this will be a solution for everybody, but it worked for me:
Go to Sequencer and follow the steps shown in the picture below.
After proceeding this way, I had no further extra rotations while piloting camera, neither when rotating the camera in view port.
I’m so happy abot this, a good friend of mine found this solution after I told him about my big trouble in my render project.

But the interpolation and smoothness in between the frames aren’t as good as quaternion interpolation. You can still use the UI controls instead of the editor ones to fix the issues in ue5 since this problem is still prevalent in 5.3
Yeah, interpolation and smoothness are not that good when “Quaternion Interpolation” is checked. It makes the cam work but definitely not so smooth as it worked in 4.26/4.27…
Still don’t know why this “change” was made???
How could it not be fixed for so many years?
The only fix is to break smooth interps with “quaternion interpolation”.
