Depends on your use case really. Do you only fiddle around in UE4 or spend major time in it? i5 is perfectly fine for gaming but way worse for UE4. You really want the extra cores of the i7. Even a 7th generation i7 would probably be quite a bit faster than a 8th generation i5.
