when I go near any mesh with a light on it my game gets super dark how do I fix this

PS: rebuild the lighting, did you rebuild the lighting ?

yes I have rebuilt the lighting

also when I fire gun the muzzle flash makes the game super dark too, any kind of light that’s not from a light that I put in

Ok from what i understand, the problem comes from the setup of the scene.
Pay attention to all the volumes + stuff needed to have a fully fonctional scene:
