From the 33.00 release notes:
“Because of the significant changes to Scene Graph in this release, we removed Prefab from the list of Feature Example templates in UEFN. We plan to update the template and make it available again in an upcoming release. The documentation associated with the Prefab template was also taken offline and will be updated alongside the template project.”
