Small update for my game. I’ve been busy with my daily job so the progress is a bit slow, but still moving forward. Here are some buildings in a more ‘advance’ blockout stage. I wonder if You guys can tell what their function might be in game :d

Hi there - I just started exploring the Epic for Indies forum and saw your post in the featured section. As someone who’s always dreamed about building his own video game and just recently started exploring Unreal Engine, I tip my hat to you!
Way to go setting an example for others - I like the minimalist yet artistic look of the environment and how you’re making actual tangible progress and not getting lost in the details.
Good luck with whatever comes next - I’ll be back for more inspiration
P.S. Does this type of art have a specific name? Or it’s just… tasteful?

I’m quite sure there are much better examples of people solo developing games, with much faster progress :d
I don’t think there’s a name for that artstyle, but I was greatly inspired by games like WarCraft, Anno, The Settlers, Knights and Merchants, Discworld, Heroes of the Storm. Artstyle is not set in the stone yet. I’ll be tweaking it later on .
