RTS Ai Enemy Player

So i was wondering is there a way for a noob like me to create a enemy player ai which can build, move units, attack etc. and if there is, can someone tell me how ?

It was just an example of what Google returns. What you are asking for is an entire system that does very specific things … eg “build”
I don’t think you will get help for an entire system such as yours.
I think the best way for you will be to understand how the built in AI system works. Then take one thing at a time… “build” , “attack” etc and try and implement it and post your questions if you get stuck. The other option would be to purchase a working AI framework on the ‘Market’
