You can also play around with downscale factor, sensitivity and overlap settings
I was reluctent to touch them as im not 100% sure what they do. I have heard setting overlap to low can give good results on building scans though.
what are your current alignment settings?
just the default settings. Sometimes I run it with ‘Force Component rematch’ on and ‘Merge Components only’ on but thet seems to give me errors alot.
you should read the doc about the settings and what they do. Do not use “Merge components” for now.
Try with the overlap at “low” and the reproj error at 3 and sensibility to medium (try high also).
