Review/Private ticket TATs and Discounting questions

Hi Team,
we have not received answers to our prior private messages and so posting some new, rather urgent questions here:

  1. in which timezone(s) the review team works? We have a planned release coming up later today but our final refinements are still pending review. Is there still a chance of someone looking at them in EMEA morning or do we need to delay the release?
  2. We filled in the google form to ask for scheduling our launch discounts but not sure how that process works. Are we to assume that it got scheduled or we would get a confirmation of some sort (or be able to check it somewhere)?
  3. As per the recommendation on a previous public query, we asked for our slugs to be amended via a private message a few days back but got no feedback. We used in all our builds/media outreach the amended URLs so it would be important for us to know if they will be ready in time.

ps.: fyi originally, I tried to post this under the Review & Release subcategory but got an error that I had not had access to do that.

Unfortunately, not even the ‘Make Live Update’ functionality works (we’re getting and error message, assuming due to Stage being Locked) so we cannot edit our golive date.
Basically, the issue of our Stage being stuck on review (thus, we cannot publish our final build) also blocks our only mitigating action, i.e.: to postpone the dates.
