Hi Owen,

Unfortunately our development is closed and we aggressively remove non-productive devs. Managing a Team is a lot of work, especially if your developing too. If you’re just going to jump in a build a team, be prepared to manage chat server, source control, planner, collaborative documents, and weekly online meetings. If you have no budget, be prepared for perpetual recruitment campaign as Devs to come and go. Only a select will stay and these individuals will be highly motivated and make progress because they believe in the game concept. My experience says recruiting Architecture-centric Level Designers, Animator, and Concept Artist are rare to recruit. If you don’t want to repeat a lot of information, be prepared to job aids/tutorials. I would encourage you to join a pre-existing team that can use your skillset to get a feel for how a team is managed.

Yep. Thats exactly what i’m experiencing atm. We just have to keep on, regardless the conditions^^
