Retarget moving in place

For some reason when I go to retarget my clips, they have the correct motion in the retargeter window, but when I bring that retargeted asset into the sequencer they’re stuck moving in place. Does anyone know what’s causing this and how I can fix it?

If you want the new animation to move then it should probably have root motion enabled, otherwise you would need to manually change the location via key frames.
