Rendering Out Video Sequences

I’m using these aruments on my package:
DUMPMOVIE -FULLSCREEN -BENCHMARK -FPS=30 -SECONDS=20 -ResX=1920 -ResY=1080

But I only get about 150 frames.
I should be getting 600.
Anyone know what’s going on?
