Update Sorted this myself; If anyone runs into this issue…since the launcher is a “Unreal Project” anyway…you can just remove the files in your “AppData\Local\EpicGamesLauncher” under “saved\Config\Windows” in the GameUserSettings.ini you will find the “CreatedProjectPaths”. Remove what you dont want or add custom locations
