I’ve enabled usb debugging, but no clue what mode the usb needs to be on (doesn’t seem to be any of them so far)

Hello, how I missed your message not sure. Can you check the your device recognized by UE4? You can check in Options of Launch button. If your device not listing here this is why it’s not working. Firstly check this please. Also you can always get fast response via support e-mail. Thanks.

No, source code for mobile application is not available.

How it is activated HMD control?

Is it possible to have a GUI menu on the iOS remote controlling the game on PC WITHOUT the GUI showing on the PC?
My project sample would be a living room with a ceiling fan and lamp. the iOS remote would show a GUI menu of on/off buttons to turn on the lamp and ceiling fan. This menu would be only displayed on the iPhone and not shown in scene as if you were using a real remote control in that enviornment.
Is this possible?

Hi running on 4.15 and the editor settings does not appear to display to be able to configure the WiFi. Runs fine over USB still

how about the quality for a larger device, like those large ipads?

Sorry, this plugin is not intended for this usage.

You can open plugin settings by Edit -> Editor Settings -> Plugins - Remote Control

The quality/resolution is limited in code so performance will be same. Will work fine on wireless connection too.

But keep in mind, on higher resolution devices you will see more distorsion because of stream source quality is fixed/limited.

I tested the plugin with 5 inch phones and iPad mini, quality was fine.

Note: This plugin not intended for best quality. It’s intended to develop mobile games much faster.

So it will have distortion on the regular size Ipad? (slightly bigger than ipad mini)
