Reference capsule from other Blueprint

In this project I’m using Mixamo. Mixamo uses a Master Blueprint to keep track of it’s movement logic. While trying to adapt a simplistic melee system I ran into a problem. According to this: A new, community-hosted Unreal Engine Wiki - Announcements - Unreal Engine Forums I setup my Character Blueprint with an additional collision capsule.

The problem is I need a way to reference that capsule in the Master Blueprint. Any ideas?

I think the solution might be found here: https://docs.unrealengine.com/latest/INT/Engine/Blueprints/UserGuide/BlueprintComms/index.html but I’m not certain of what I’m looking for.
