Broo it worked you were right the pivot point is the key, i selected one of the meshes, go to modeling mode, XForm, Edit Pivot, and clicked Center, and clicked accept, i did that to all my meshes so that they all have pivot point in the center, after that i tried “replace selected actors with” and it worked like heaven maan it was great man thank you very much brooo i really really appreciat it man
