Use some thought. It takes hours of work to make decent models, and with the requirements you’re talking about for those characters, we’re talking full-time weeks of work.
If you’re not willing to pay someone to do the work you want full time, then don’t. Use Daz3D or other model shops and get generic models.
Models on those stores are cheap because the same model can be sold to 800 people for $1 and make back $8000. If it takes an artist 40 hours to make, then they made $20 an hour. If you want to pay someone to make a model specifically for you, expect to pay for it.
