Just as a sidenote…you should talk to Wright from Epic! He should be able to give you extremely valuable feedback on since he is working on the whole Distance Field AO/GI stuff etc. So he would be a good guy to talk to. Also Mittring I guess

The scene is still fully dynamic, and voxelized every frame. Just one detail, is that some materials get rendered grey to the RSMs when inside the editor, so that makes the reflected light look with no matter what. Got a few screens form a couple compiled projects too.

looks really nice, but would anyone explain me the difference between here and by Epic? I guess both ways have pros and cons, so would you explain these to me?
The new solution that is working on at Epic is faster, but not as accurate.

The epic version doesn’t have color bleeding and is only single bounce.
On-topic: Dude, it’s looking real kick-***. Just one question tho’ isn’t the sofa supposed color bleed on the wall?
Actually on that particular example, the sofa is not lit by the sun, so is receiving the light from the carpet. Remember there only one bounce. But the range is a bit limited, so that’s something to improve.
ok, cool. I just have a dream we’ll have unlimited bounces one day.
