Does it version support unordered scans? I really need to use dronescans for 3d mesh generation 
I’m having the same issue as MinWin3D, on both my laptop and desktop. The laptop install just updated 1.4.2 and as soon as it did bang! Unavailable. Could it be a region locked thing? (I’m in the UK). I did notice that the product page on the Epic store is 404 as well.

this is not a region locked thing, it seems like some issue with Epic Games Launcher.
Have you tried the mentioned solutions from above?
Having the same issue on my end. Shows as Unavailable. If I try going to the Store Page… 404 error. Yes, I have tried the solutions posted above. All of them, restarting epic, windows, unchecking hide game library box… Still Unavailable

Do you have a current Epic Games Launcher version? Can you try to sign out and in there? Are you able to see and use the other products?
Hello. I just tried signing out and in. I am still able to see and access other products, but Reality Capture 1.5.1 is still Unavailable

There is a newer release now. Can you try update the Launcher?
It’s now 18.5.2 and still showing unavailable. I think this is the last version as I am not being prompted to update when I go to settings.
This is really strange, the mention workflows should help here.
I can see, that there is an option to install RealityCapture 1.4.2. Is it possible to install that version?
