I keep getting sanctioned on my asset High-Poly Bass Guitar | Fab
The only explanation I received is a general GTHO reply “We think we are right, you violated our rules (we won’t tell which ones, just believe our EPIC expertise), you can open an out-of-court dispute”
I have no logo on it, it’s not a direct copy of any model, it’s a design. A number of famous renowned real producers besides Fender use the same design, see:

Moreover, there have been a number of assets with company brand logos on them for ages in various sections, and they seem to violate nothing.
I don’t even know what to do to meet your rules and stay on sales. Remove neck from a guitar? Turn it into a pickle? You don’t care to answer, just “you violate our rules, get the hell outta here”
It seems more and more to me that the only target for fab is to get rid of all salers in favor of AI slop and stolen assets.
I have the same issue.
My account is even blocked now. I designed car which is inspired by Citroen, but Citroen never created such car. I got sancion, so i changed the name to Citro. I got sanctioned again and recently it was called generic concept car. I i was sancioned again. So it does look like random sanctions without reason, and especially without explanations.
Same time other planes or cars with real names are working well.
So basically FAB if you read it!!!
We need to know reason to reply on sactions. We need to understand what we violated, and this is only way to improve our assets. And we need to be able to work with real people who will help us creators, not just anonymous “we checked again and keep our decission” .
At the end of the day your success depends on creators. You are just platform to sell, not creator or digital artist. No creators = no fab.com

By the way they DO expalin it pretty well if you submit an Unreal asset, this part of the team at least in terms of feedback works wonderful. They even attach videos of how do you fix your asset. But the moderation team is atrocious.
I guess they just set up some cheap AI bot for this task. And it really can’t tell sometimes a car from a tree, while the music instruments section is full of real assets with brand names, and moderation sees nothing wrong with it.
In addition I can tell that copyright owners can have very special requirements, and we as creators can’t know about them. Without feedback, we’re left to constantly updating our assets trying to guess what was wrong with it. And the real reason might be some nipple cap patented by Michelin, and not your car at all.
