In the roadmap it shows that custom lobby backgrounds are coming Q4 2023.
I found this link for setting up lobby backgrounds. There is a lot of info in this post as well for the news and “ready up” buttons on the other side of the screen.
Most links on the page are 404-type pages.
This isn’t actually available to do in Creative or UEFN right now.
