I have a question about protecting accounts too. What if you got an email stating that your account was compromised and you changed the password, but they had already used you vbucks. When i went to Epic’s support for help, they told me the information I provided on my account was “insufficient”. They asked for purchase history, but i made all my vbucks purchases on xbox live, so it wont show the order history starting with an “A” like they are asking for. I need help on this, the Epic support team has been anything but. Xbox GT: dae2323.
