You can try moving the easyCSV plugin folder from Engine->Plugins->Marketplace to {YourProjectDir}->Plugins. You can add the Plugins folder to your project directory if it doesn’t exist. Then rebuild.
Plugins on the marketplace are not built for Linux. Epic just doesn’t provide that service. They expect end users on Linux to build it themselves.
