I tried moving the state logic in the Character blueprint as you said and now it triggers the animation correctly, but I’m not shure why. Can you please explain me why it shouldn’t be in the animation blueprint nor in the Controller blueprint (I tried it there too previously and didn’t work)?

Also, it doesn’t really matter cause the problem I had is now fixed, but this is the start of the Animation Even Graph and it’s the default one of ue5 TopDown Game.
The pins 0, 1 and 2 of the seguence also go to part of the original template and I didn’t touched them.
The 3rd one goes to my “Toggle Mining Animation”.
