Nope, Fab is based on ancient foundations and lack tons of basic features such as Wishlist let alone Beta Testing for Assets.
On the Positive note, after Successful Review if you have not set it Live or Auto Publish, It wont be visible to anyone and previously on old Unreal Marketplace there was Facility to Test Product (Download from Vault to Test any Issues) before setting live although only limited to Seller.
