I can’t send you the .uasset file directly, but you can try the following:
Open the Epic Games Launcher and go to Library. On the Unreal Engine 5.4.3 entry, open the three-dots menu and choose Verify. This option repairs or re-downloads any damaged or missing files, including BP_Sky_Sphere if it’s part of your installation.
You can also create a clean project in 5.4.3. In the Content Browser, search for BP_Sky_Sphere, right-click it, and choose Asset Actions - Migrate ,or Copy Reference/Copy to bring it into your current project.

A small correction about migration:
BP_Sky_Sphere is located in the ‘Engine’ folder. Assets in that folder are shared between all projects with that version of the engine.
So if Verifying files does not work, (I’d also try uninstalling and reinstalling the engine) you could try downloading engine version 5.3 and copying the Sky Sphere asset from there into 5.4.
