Please Help - Packaging Error

Hi,

I’m struggling to package my game project (Windows). I keep getting this error message in my Output Log. Can someone please advise me how to fix it, so that I can package my game?

This is pretty normal. Try deleting the “Saved”. “Intermediate” and “DerivedDataCache”. Its located in your project files, this usually fixes it.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I just deleted those three files and I’m still receiving this error:

Is this what the issue is?

In most cases, yes. If you’re unsure about deleting those files, you can always copy them first and later paste them if needed. In reality, you probably won’t have to do that. If you Google this issue, you’ll likely find that people recommend the same approach.

This appears to be the issue:

Expecting to find a type to be declared in a module rules named ‘HTTPJsonUtility’ in ‘Unknown Assembly’. This type must derive from the ‘ModuleRules’ type defined by UnrealBuildTool.

Please can you advise what I can do to correct this?

LogTurnkeySupport: Project requires temp target (HTTPJsonUtility plugin is enabled)

I’ve watched your log, looks like this could maybe be your problem, but I’m unsure. Looks like you need a temp folder for a plugin or something. I have no idea what you have stumbled upon so I wont be able to help more than this. Hope you find a solution.

Yes, the HTTPJsonUtility plugin seems not to be saved to the game file. How do I create a folder for this particular plugin, so that the packaging recognises it?
