Performance Data - Missed Frames

Hello can someone please explain what the percentages mean in the Analytics Performance Tab especially how it relates to a PC. On all devices the numbers are negligible. But on “Client-PC” we are seeing some really high numbers on Missed Frames%, but not even sure what they mean and the documentation is not helpful. What does the % even mean (45% of people who played had issues?, 45% of frames presented were dropped?, What does it mean?) I have a high-end PC so I don’t see any issues. I have played our game on a 5 year old laptop with a 9750 intel chip and a T1000 nVidia graphics card and I don’t see any issues. I did a test and played at the same time every day for a week on the laptop and then checked the Performance tab after a week. Some days I played on the old laptop and the PC Missed Frames was 0%, so my laptop is good enough? Are people playing on some really ancient under-performing PC’s? Should we even worry about this?

Again all the categories are fine less than 1%, but PC has some crazy days. Here is a chart:

Hi @ZeroShotBob!

I asked one of our developers about this, and this was her answer:

This metric is the percentage of frames that were dropped. It’s essentially saying 45% of the time, the game did not meet the expected frames. (I added the screenshot to the language in the tooltip for the chart he’s referencing below) It very well could be that the high percentage is coming from a small number of lower-performing PCs. We’re going to be releasing more metrics that will help contextualize performance metrics in the portal very soon!
