Payment declined

Hi,
I’m trying to buy engine but it keeps telling me payment declined… It is strange since I use card 5 min ago to buy a unity asset, I talked with bank, and they told me there is no problem with my card right now ?

Any one else know if credits card from Turkey is blocked some how ?
