DO NOT HIRE JAN OSTERMANN. I contacted him to see if he was available for work, and he responded with a highly arrogant and unprofessional attitude I rarely encounter among 3D artists looking for freelance work. Before he even gave me a chance to describe my project or give my budget, he said it would be a “waste of time” and removed me from his Skype contact list. From the looks of his portfolio, his work looks great. Unfortunately, it is was impossible for me to talk to him for more than five minutes, and he insulted my project without knowing what it is.
