Open World [Advice Required]

Only thing I can think is double check that ‘Spatially Loaded’ is enabled for the landscape and all the proxies.

The only other time I’ve seen things not unloading is when their data has been improperly changed (like when i pin an HLOD actor, change something in its material and save it won’t unload the actor when I unpin it), but even then after I reload the level everything behaves as it should.
