Could you please make sure that you are logged in with the correct account in the Epic Games launcher?
If you can share some screenshots on how to repro, it would also be useful.
In the case that sensitive information needs to be shared, please use the 'contact us' button in the home page and submit a case selecting the 'bug report' type.
