The 2nd pack is already in development. It includes harvested versions of the flowers in this pack.
But having some harvestable meshes (plants with or without flowers, bushes with or without fruits etc.) is a good idea. Will probably add to this pack soon.
As for mining and stuff, there is a Mine pack planned, that will have caves and different types of ores and harvesting equipment, it will definitely include harvestable versions of ore nodes.
