Check your anti virus, and see if your game file is in his history or got quarantine . maybe ur device is already infected so it deleted .exe file as a false alarm or whatever.
I’ve tried to build the thirdperson template for window , it was too fast, but I had .exe file , try this first and if it packed correctly, then try to check ur project setting
