I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure this one out (i am trying to compile from source). I dont have a clear answer but once i ran setup.bat again re-running generateprojectfiles.bat worked fine so my 6 hour tip would be: make sure you rerun setup.bat with every attempt you make.

The error is caused by cannot find IDEPath in regedit, so we need to set it correctly as below(add new string value)
