No arrows on actors. I can't move actors... Is there any setting to on/off arrows?

MAJOR EDITOR GIZMO GONE, Cant Scale move or rotate across ALL project (Not G Key)

Lost gizmo in the project, cannot bring it back and continue building

The XYZ axis got invisible.
