Looks like unreal is defaulting to the nanite fallback mesh. This can happen because of many reasons but most often for me it is because of the mesh’s materials. Try changing the material on the object to opaque blending mode and see if that fixes it.
It’s already an opaque material. There is no high res LOD at all. What I show in the image is the maximum quality available in Unreal.
When you click show and select nanite fallback does it look different or the same? the fallback mesh is different from LOD’s and shows when there are problems. Does your material have “used with nanite” enabled?
I just checked and the fallback is the same mesh, obviously.
